Bratwurst is a pork sausage, both also funny words. Also known as "Wisconsin's Soul Food" due to the number of German descendants who inhabit that state, bratwurst is especially delicious with German-style mustard (no deli mustard, please!) and sauerkraut. They taste best hot off the grill washed down with a hearty German beer. Find more info and tons of recipes here: http://www.bratwurstpages.com/brats.html

I didn't have time to post yesterday but the word of the day was mumble, a personal favorite!
